NYPD Twitter PR Fiasco Highlights Police Brutality

The recent NYPD Twitter PR fiasco shows just how far removed from reality law enforcement has become across the country.  Officers are no longer viewed as knights in shining armor protecting and serving the citizenry.  They fill the nightly news with beatings and killings of pets, children, the homeless, the mentally ill, students, parents, and upstanding members of the community.  The idealized images of cops saving kittens from trees or stopping crimes in progress is all but a distant memory whereas in the present, the simplest interaction with law enforcement can lead to harassment or even worse, DEATH...  So when the NYPD made its Twitter feed available in an attempt to bridge the gap between everyday citizens and law enforcement, they quickly realize they had burnt that bridge long ago as the video below illustrates.

Two New Jersey Cops Indicted for Beating and Almost Sending an Innocent Man to Prison for 5 Years

This is becoming all too common and needs to stop ASAP or else we will be living in a police state!!!  It looks like sadistic criminals are now running police departments across America.  Here we have officers Sean Courter and Orlando Trinidad who have been charged with conspiracy, official misconduct, and falsifying reports.  Officer Trinidad was additionally charged with aggravated assault.  It appears that the Officers had responded to a domestic dispute at the home of Marcus Jeter in which no arrests or charges were filed.  Not content with letting Jeter go, the cops followed him and then pulled him over for no reason.  Based on the dash cam footage from the patrol car, prosecutors wanted to send Jeter to a 5 year prison sentence for numerous charges including eluding police, assault, and resisting arrest.  HOWEVER, there was a second dash cam from another patrol car that rammed into Jeter's car which combined with the first patrol car's footage paints an incredibly different story.  The footage from the second patrol car which was kept hidden on purpose and failed to surface during a rubber stamping Internal Affairs Investigations shows Jeter complying at all times with his hands up in the air while Officers held him at gunpoint, beat him, and purposely yelled things such as "stop resisting arrest," and "why are you trying to take my f****** gun," in order to justify their sadistic beating of Jeter.

Miami Police Officer Driving 120mph to His Off-Duty Job is Arrested by Florida Highway Patrol

We see them all the time whizzing right past us on the freeway and wonder, "Is this cop really going to an emergency?"  No lights are flashing, or if they are flash, they only flash briefly and then are turned off leaving us wondering, "What is really going on?  Is this cop just joy riding?"  Well, here we have Miami Police Officer, Fausto Lopez, driving in a police car paid for by tax payers recklessly speeding at 120mph on the freeway putting other drivers in peril and jeopardy because he was late for his OFF-DUTY JOB.  Obviously used to behaving above-the-law without impunity, Officer Fausto must have been shocked when Florida Highway Patrol Officer, Donna Jane Watts, pulled him over and rightfully arrested him for his careless and wanton disrespect for not only the rule of law, but life as well.  As a result, Officer Lopez was fired and then Officer Watts started getting harassed by unwanted calls to her cell phone, some of them threatening in nature, police cars idling in her cul-de-sac, and having her driver's license information illegally accessed 88 times.  As a result, Officer Watts had to turn around and sue more than 25 police agencies in order to put an end to the harassment.  Something tells us at the ChildPeople.com, that Officer Watts honors her uniform and the city she protects and serves and if given a chance, despite the harassment, she would do it all over again and arrest ex-Officer Fausto, BECAUSE NO ONE, not even law enforcement should be above-the-law.  See the video below:

Bully Cops Ignite a Public Brawl at a Fast Food Restaurant

Two Detroit Cops spot two brothers, Tywonn Mitchell and Naybon Moore, in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant and claimed that the two brothers made a "grimm expression" to them.  If we look at the First Amendment in the US Constitution it talks about Freedom of Speech, but they probably don't teach that at the police academy.  Having their feelings hurt, by the "grimm expression" the cops follow the two brothers into the restaurant looking to provoke a fight.  When the brother back-off in a nice manner to the police officers' line of questioning, without providing any reasoning, one of the cops asks the young men for their IDs.  When a cop asks for your ID, it is never for a good thing.  The young men realize that they have the right not to show their IDs without a good reason which only serves to anger the cops and when one of the cops pushes one of the brother, a brawl ignites.  Apparently, if a cop pushes you on purpose for no good reason, it is not assault, but if you fight back, it is considered assault.  Watch the video below and make your own conclusion because once again, cops just love creating material for the ChildPeople.com.

Georgia Cop gets 10 Years Probation for Pulling a Gun on a Teenager at a McDonald's Drive-Through

When sociopaths with guns and badges violate their sacred trust with the public to protect and serve them, the ChildPeople.com will be there ready to shine the light of (in)justice.  Here we have Officer Scott Biumi who was in an unmarked car while waiting at a McDonald's drive-through when he loses his patience and pulls a gun on a teenager who was in his car with other teenage boys merely waiting for their food at the drive-thru window.  The whole ordeal was caught on McDonald's security cameras.  EX-officer Biumi pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and as a result received 10 years probation, must complete 120 hours of community service within the first year, BUT received no jail time.

Wisconsin Officer Gets 2 Years in Prison for Illegal Anal Searches for Fun

It is a shame in America that it will become necessary to police the police.  The ChildPeople.com wants to shed a spotlight on Milwaukee, Wisconsin Officer Michael Vagnini, a sadistic pig who was randomly detaining people so he could rape them by doing anal cavity searches for FUN often with no gloves while his fellow officers (Jacob Knight, Brian Kozelek, and Jeffrey Dollhopf) physically held down victims at gun point.  Officer Vagnini's 2 years in prison is a slap on the wrists and the ChildPeople.com will watch this closely and hope Officer Vagnini is not sodomized while in prison.  See link below for full story.

Cop Accidentally Shoots Himself in front of School Children

More material for the ChildPeople.com courtesy of a DEA agent.  This could have been a major tragedy as a DEA agent giving a speech in front of a classroom filled with children raises a gun and accidentally shoots himself in the foot.  After telling the class how a child accidentally killed himself while playing with a gun, the officer does a safety check of his 40 caliber Glock pistol and raises it in front of the classroom and lets them know it is the same gun glorified by rappers 50 Cent and Too Short, then the unexpected happens, the officer shoots himself in the foot.  It is mind boggling how this officer put so many children in danger that day.  In the video, he claims to be the only one in the room qualified to handle the gun which makes the shooting incident in more ironic.
