Here we have Officer Scott Biumi who was in an unmarked car while waiting at a McDonald's drive-through when he loses his patience and pulls a gun on a teenager who was in his car with other teenage boys merely waiting for their food at the drive-thru window. The whole ordeal was caught on McDonald's security cameras. EX-officer Biumi pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and as a result received 10 years probation, must complete 120 hours of community service within the first year, BUT received no jail time.
