Road Rage Coward Crashes in Florida

A woman was being tailgated for about 3 minutes on a rainy day with slick road conditions on SR 41 in Tampa, Florida.  The tailgater, Jeffrey White, who was driving a large sized pick-up truck sped around the woman driver and prominently hung outside his driver's side window in order to prominently display his displeasure at the woman driver by flipping her off with his middle finger.  These were the actions of a Little Man who is a bully and a coward because had it been a biker gang riding Harleys cautiously in the rain, there is no doubt Jeffrey would not have been so bold.  Then, in true ChildPeople.com fashion, Karma strikes down Jeffrey as he loses control of his truck and crashes into a light pole.  Jeffrey fled the scene of the accident and was later caught and charged by law enforcement due to the video captured by the female driver while she was being harassed.

Anti 2nd Amendment Senator from California, Leland Yee Arrested by FBI for Gun Trafficking

The stench of hypocrisy is overwhelming.  How ironic is it that Senator Leland Yee, hopefully ex-Senator soon, who was previously featured on the ChildPeople.com for his anti Second Amendment rhetoric and author of Senate gun banning bills was arrested today by the FBI.  Although the details are not clear yet, it is alleged that Leland was arrested for public corruption, accepting bribes, and arms trafficking by offering to make introductions to a Muslim separatist group in the Philippines and other arms dealers in Russia and Ukraine.  This is the same Senator that made a big stench about violent video game makers and corporate greed.  Apparently, video game makers are not the only greedy ones as Leland is charged with accepting tens of thousands of dollars in bribes.  Another sad day in America when those elected to the sacred office of public trust turn out to be the scum of the earth.  The screenshot below is of Leland riding in the backseat of a car while in custody heading to the courthouse where he was shackled by the ankles.  This guy was a child psychologist, WHAT A VERY SICK MAN, A TOTAL PSYCHOPATH!!!

Mel Gibson's Baby Momma, Oksana Grigorievna, About to be Homeless

Oksana  Grigorievna, AKA Mel Gibson's Baby Momma, has made it to the pages of ChildPeople.com for being the Gold Digger that she is spiraling out of control in pure self-destruction and about to become homeless according to Radar Online.  Not happy with the $15 million dollar settlement Mel Gibson was offering her to go away, she waged war on Mel, and released the infamous angry audio tapes of Mel after she provoked him in a calculated effort to get even more money for being his Baby Momma.  In the end, greed got the best of Oksana and she settled for a paltry $750,000 paid in $20,000 per month installments over 3-years and she ended up burning through 40 divorce lawyers and stiffing them on their bills.  Her monthly take home pay is currently $2,500 from actor and former James Bond super spy, Timothy Dalton.  She dug her claws into Timothy and became his Baby Momma with son, Alexander Dalton.  Her next victim was Mel Gibson who pays her $20,000 a month and gets to live in a spiffy house owned by Mel for being his Baby Momma with daughter, Lucia.  That's $22,500 per month, not bad for a Russia girl with a failed singing career.  So how is she about to become homeless?  It turns out that Alexander Dalton has had a run in with the law and Mel may attempt to use this against Oksana to gain full custody of Lucia and as a result will not have to pay her the monthly $20,000 nor have to let her live at one of his homes.  Don't feel sorry for Oksana, I am sure she will find another Baby Daddy real quick.....  Shame on her for being a Gold Digger using her children as bargaining tools to extract money out of her Sugar Daddies!

Pinkberry Co-Founder Sentenced to 7 Years in Prison for Beating Homeless Man with Tire Iron

The verdict is just in, Young Lee, an ex co-founder of the Pinkberry frozen yogurt chain has been sentenced to 7 years in prison, the maximum allowed, for beating a homeless man, Donald Bolding, with a tire iron in East Hollywood, California.  Donald flashed a tattoo of stick figures having sex to the people in Young's car which included his fiancee.  After driving away, Young returned to the scene with a male passenger, who was in the car, and proceeded to beat Donald with a tire iron leaving him with a broken left forearm and several cuts to his head.  Since Young also threatened a witness, David Lee, by saying, "I'm going to cut the throat of your mother, your wife,your daughter, and you" it most likely resulted in Young receiving the maximum prison sentence of 7 years.  Not only does Young Lee get special mention in ChildPeople.com for his acts, but the mental healthcare of America should also be condemned.  After many mental healthcare facilities were shut down in Southern California and across the country due to budget cuts, mentally ill people were released and left to wander the street like stray dogs joining the swelling ranks of homeless people.  These mentally ill people are not only a danger to others, but also to themselves because through their possible involuntary actions that fit outside the norms of what is expected in society, they open themselves to beatings such as those witnessed by Young on Donald.  Unfortunately, all the attention is on Young and his past involvement in co-founding the ever popular Pinkberry chain while mental healthcare and homelessness takes a back seat.  Although, one thing is for certain, no one should be above the law no matter how rich and privileged they are and a homeless man is entitled to rights under the law just as in other person.

The Joker is on the Loose in Venezuela and Runs the Miss Venezuela Pageant

Ever wonder why Venezuela has won so many Miss Universe beauty pageants?  Three decades ago, Venezuela's Miss Universe contestant got a nose job and took home the crown.  The idea of the surgery was implanted by the head of the Miss Venezuela Pageant, Osmel Sousa, who bears a striking resemblance to the Joker.  Yes, that Joker, as in the one who is a foe to Batman, except Osmel does not use the white make-up base, black eye shadow, and red lipstick.  Venezuela, a nation at war with socialism and capitalism has lost the battle to consumerism as women have opted to seek cosmetic surgery in what has become an epidemic to the point where "skinny" mannequins from America and Europe are eschewed for those hand-made in Venezuela featuring large busts, tiny waists, and a big buttocks.  While poor women save, sacrifice, and often die from unlicensed clinics, the Joker smiles on.  Check out the video below and see these self inflicted wounds of Venezuelan women.

Obamacare Plugged on Zach Galifianakis Show, Between Two Ferns

Critics will be quick to come out and criticize President Barack Obama for appearing on Zach Galifianakis' comedy show, "Between Two Ferns," especially during these tough times in the world of international politics, but despite the crisis in the Ukraine with Crimea seeking to secede and become a part of Russia, continued civil unrest in the Ukraine and Venezuela, unresolved issues in Syria, Iran, and North Korea, there is still a lot of domestic policy work to be done.  On the domestic policy front, it is just smart that the President would be on a show that appeals to younger audiences to promote the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare.  Regardless of where you stand on the issue of Obamacare, one thing is for certain and that is that the Republicans through their candidate in 2012, Mitt Romney, were unable to convince the American people that they had a better alternative and most recently in 2013 during the Republican led government shutdown, it was proven once again that the Republicans had no concise vision, alternative, solution, or counter-proposal and capriciously shutdown the government causing billions of dollars in damages and losses to the American people.  With that said, try to enjoy President Barack Obama attempting comedy on the Zach Galifianakis show, "Between Two Ferns."

Rick Ross Wins Lawsuit For Stealing Drug Dealer's Identity, But Loses in the Court of Public Opinion

In 1989, Robert Matthew Van Winkle, a White rapper known as Vanilla Ice lost his singing career when it came to light that his biography was fabricated.  Around the same time, R&B pop duo, Milli Vanilli, had a similar fate when it was discovered that they were lip syncing all of their hit songs including, "Blame It On The Rain" and "Girl You Know It's True."  They even had to give back their Grammys.  In 1993, comedian Chris Rock made the funny movie, CB4, which was about a straight-laced African American kid who created a fictitious gangster rapper persona to be later found to be a fraud.  Now in 2014, you have life imitating art, or is it art imitating life with rapper Rick Ross whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, a former corrections officer and college football scholarship recipient who usurped the identity of drug dealer Freeway Rick Ross.  Although the real Freeway Rick Ross recently lost a court battle against William Roberts because the judge considered Roberts' work "transformative" in nature and thus allowing Roberts to continue usurping the real Rick Ross' name, this nonetheless does not sit well in the court of public opinion and it is a wonder that Officer Ricky as he is pejoratively known even has a singing career.  Watch the video below and get to know the real Freeway Rick Ross.

Billionaire Name Calling - Who will ultimately win in the Ackman v Icahn Herbalife Saga?

This is ChildPeople.com Extreme Billionaire Edition - Bill Ackman, a billionaire who runs a hedge fund called Pershing Square Capital Management took a very aggressive financial bet that the stock of Herbalife would drop in price.  In finance parlance, he "shorted" the stock and this is typically accomplished by borrowing stock of say Herbalife and selling it in hopes that you can buy it back later at a much lower price, thus "covering" your position and pocketing the difference.  The size of Bill's bet is reported to be about a billion dollars according to the NY Times and the premise for his bet is that he believes Herbalife is a Pyramid Scheme and outright fraud of a company.  Shortly after Bill made his announcement, another billionaire, Carl Icahn who runs Icahn Enterprises, a diversified holding company, saw an opportunity to sock it to his longtime rival and made a financial bet that Herbalife's stock price would rise and thus "squeeze" Bill out of his bet.  To make matters worse, other billionaires bet alongside Carl Icahn including George Soros and Daniel Loeb who runs hedge fund, Third Point.  So far, as the stock of Herbalife has risen, it is reported that Bill is in the negative several hundred millions of dollars in paper losses.  Listen to the Billionaire Smackdown in the link below full of quotes such as Carl saying, "[Ackman] is like the cry baby in the schoolyard... Two New Jersey Cops Indicted for Beating and Almost Sending an Innocent Man to Prison for 5 Years

This is becoming all too common and needs to stop ASAP or else we will be living in a police state!!!  It looks like sadistic criminals are now running police departments across America.  Here we have officers Sean Courter and Orlando Trinidad who have been charged with conspiracy, official misconduct, and falsifying reports.  Officer Trinidad was additionally charged with aggravated assault.  It appears that the Officers had responded to a domestic dispute at the home of Marcus Jeter in which no arrests or charges were filed.  Not content with letting Jeter go, the cops followed him and then pulled him over for no reason.  Based on the dash cam footage from the patrol car, prosecutors wanted to send Jeter to a 5 year prison sentence for numerous charges including eluding police, assault, and resisting arrest.  HOWEVER, there was a second dash cam from another patrol car that rammed into Jeter's car which combined with the first patrol car's footage paints an incredibly different story.  The footage from the second patrol car which was kept hidden on purpose and failed to surface during a rubber stamping Internal Affairs Investigations shows Jeter complying at all times with his hands up in the air while Officers held him at gunpoint, beat him, and purposely yelled things such as "stop resisting arrest," and "why are you trying to take my f****** gun," in order to justify their sadistic beating of Jeter.

Do You Eat Pink Slime? - Meat Unfit For Human Consumption Mixed With Ammonia

With current heightened awareness on what Americans eat and labeling the foods we eat, here is a look at Pink Slime.  Pink Slime consists of the meat byproduct from animals such as cows that are unfit for human consumption, but instead of throwing it away, it is mixed with Ammonia to kill any E. Iraqi War Veteran Working as a Liquor Store Clerk Stops Armed Robber

Typically, store clerks at liquor stores tend to make little money and are often women.  These jobs are very dangerous for the amount of pay primarily because of robberies that can turn into deadly encounters.  One way to even the odds as the ChildPeople.com found out is for liquor store owners to hire veterans like Jon Lewis Alexander who did four tours of duty in Iraq, worked as a prison guard, and also served as a bounty hunter.  In the video below, an armed robber enters a liquor store while smoking a cigarette with his left-hand and holding a gun behind his back with his right-hand.  The robber walks up to the store counter and demands money from the store clerk, Jon Lewis Alexander, then brandishes his gun.  In one seamless motion, Jon is able to push down the robber's right-hand onto the counter as he reaches for his own gun from behind his waist and shoves the gun into the robber's mouth with his right-hand.  The training and nerves of steal that Jon must have are incredible.  Watch the video below to see the security surveillance video from inside the liquor store.

Kitchen Push Up Face Plant

We gotta give this girl credit for wanting to work out and stay healthy, BUT when you go about it the wrong way, there is the potential to self eliminate as is the case here where our young fitness freak decides to do a push up while she bridges her body between the kitchen sink and stove.  She could have died by easily snapping her neck on the fall as she face planted on the stove top and her neck snapped back, or she could have been crushed by the tipping stove/oven combination.  Fortunately, it appears she may have only sustained minor injuries and severely bruised her ego.  Check out the video below and have a nice laugh as ChildPeople.com brings you more fitness fails.

Miami Police Officer Driving 120mph to His Off-Duty Job is Arrested by Florida Highway Patrol

We see them all the time whizzing right past us on the freeway and wonder, "Is this cop really going to an emergency?"  No lights are flashing, or if they are flash, they only flash briefly and then are turned off leaving us wondering, "What is really going on?  Is this cop just joy riding?"  Well, here we have Miami Police Officer, Fausto Lopez, driving in a police car paid for by tax payers recklessly speeding at 120mph on the freeway putting other drivers in peril and jeopardy because he was late for his OFF-DUTY JOB.  Obviously used to behaving above-the-law without impunity, Officer Fausto must have been shocked when Florida Highway Patrol Officer, Donna Jane Watts, pulled him over and rightfully arrested him for his careless and wanton disrespect for not only the rule of law, but life as well.  As a result, Officer Lopez was fired and then Officer Watts started getting harassed by unwanted calls to her cell phone, some of them threatening in nature, police cars idling in her cul-de-sac, and having her driver's license information illegally accessed 88 times.  As a result, Officer Watts had to turn around and sue more than 25 police agencies in order to put an end to the harassment.  Something tells us at the ChildPeople.com, that Officer Watts honors her uniform and the city she protects and serves and if given a chance, despite the harassment, she would do it all over again and arrest ex-Officer Fausto, BECAUSE NO ONE, not even law enforcement should be above-the-law.  See the video below:

Bully Cops Ignite a Public Brawl at a Fast Food Restaurant

Two Detroit Cops spot two brothers, Tywonn Mitchell and Naybon Moore, in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant and claimed that the two brothers made a "grimm expression" to them.  If we look at the First Amendment in the US Constitution it talks about Freedom of Speech, but they probably don't teach that at the police academy.  Having their feelings hurt, by the "grimm expression" the cops follow the two brothers into the restaurant looking to provoke a fight.  When the brother back-off in a nice manner to the police officers' line of questioning, without providing any reasoning, one of the cops asks the young men for their IDs.  When a cop asks for your ID, it is never for a good thing.  The young men realize that they have the right not to show their IDs without a good reason which only serves to anger the cops and when one of the cops pushes one of the brother, a brawl ignites.  Apparently, if a cop pushes you on purpose for no good reason, it is not assault, but if you fight back, it is considered assault.  Watch the video below and make your own conclusion because once again, cops just love creating material for the ChildPeople.com.

The More a Bully Talks, The Higher His Chances of Getting a Beatdown

All the classic elements a bully needs to thrive were present, but things went south for him real fast.  Here, you have all the kiddies from the neighborhood with a morbid curiosity to watch a fight creating an audience for the bully.  At one point, you hear a girl telling her grandmother on the phone, "I know, I'm watching a fight.  I'm sorry. Gotta go.  Love you.  Good-bye."  The bully stands at times defiantly clenching his fists ready to fight with his sweat pants hanging below the waste line to expose his boxers otherwise known as "sagging" which is all the rage with wannabe thugs.  Then, you have the innocent bystander who is being threatened by the bully who can be heard saying, "I ain't trying to fight you.  I don't have no beef with you.  I don't even know you."  These words are music to the ears of the bully because now he knows the innocent bystander does not want to fight and can proceed to torment him.  When the bully spots an opportunity, he goes in for the kill with fists drawn, but things go south for him as our hero in true ChildPeople.com fashion lands several good punches and leaves the bully lying on the floor.  See the events unfold in the video below.
